Rathinakumar is an expert in agile project management methodologies. He has successfully managed large IT programs and projects for Fortune 100 companies across USA, UK and Singapore. His expertise includes transforming project teams to agile delivery, building high-performance agile teams, establishing agile processes, managing agile product development, saving troubled projects, and setting up PMO. He has authored several whitepapers and presented insights on agile project management to participants in various international project management forums. Recently, he has been speaker at PMI India Conference. With his infectious enthusiasm and indefatigable passion, he has been helping enterprises to build agility in their culture and people to find freedom in their work through agile.
