The role of Scrum Master(SM) includes coaching their team members when necessary. The selection of questions a SM prefers during team interactions not only create interest among team members but also make them introspect. Asking engaging questions is important. Engaging questions open the door to dialogue and initiate discovery. The quality of the questions we ask can improve the quality of thinking in our teams. Questions can be used as powerful tools to improve efficiency in team interactions. Questions can improve efficiency in meetings and avoid long discussions or discourses. On the other hand, questions, when not framed in the right manner become less powerful or detrimental to team spirit. The objective of this session is to provide coaching tips through questions and experiential lessons.
